Best Litchfield Day Tour EVER.

If we had the chance to give a better rank than excellent, we would do that.

Excellent it is not enough to describe the value of such experience from the place visited, the tales of Rob, the delicious food, the high care of any small detail that makes this a magic day.

Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.

Dry Season Litchfield tour – MAY TO SEPTEMBER

Begin your small group Litchfield tour with pickup from your Darwin accommodation around 7.30 am. Journey south in Mercedes comfort along the Stuart Highway to the crystal clear waters of Berry Springs.

Berry Springs includes a diverse range of habitat and options.  In addition, from the depths of the earth, clear geothermal waters rise to the surface and cascade over a small waterfall. This creates the perfect opportunity to sit and enjoy a relaxing water massage.  The moment also lends itself to savoring homemade mango muffins and morning coffee.

After the massage perhaps paddle or swim around and watch the abundant aquatic wildlife.  Maybe you would rather just sit stay in the waterfall or go for a serene rainforest stroll along the creek.

Reluctantly leaving this piece of heaven we set our sights on the historic township of Batchelor, the gateway to Litchfield National Park . Along the way get to know the landscape and history of the Top End and Adelaide River Region before arriving at the historic township of Batchelor.

In Batchelor we take the time to visit the local museum. This community run feature showcases many personal stories of the people and events which shaped the NT.  Such things as WWII, uranium mining for nuclear weapons,  farming research, indigenous education and life and times of the pioneering people who live here and first nation people who call it home.

Not to be missed - Litchfield Day tour

The tour of Litchfield with Rob was all a tour should be, educational, entertaining and he even assisted me to swim under the waterfall. A must do for anyone who wants to both enjoy and be educated on the environment of the beautiful Litchfield area.

My friend and I joined this trip with a little bit of trepidation given our age and a couple of mobility issues but thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our guide, Nalani was so helpful and we were able to manage to have a swim in Florence Falls due to her aid.
The drive was comfortable, the food sensational and the scenery and commentary unbelievable.
We arrived back at our hotel exhausted but could not get the smiles off our faces! We thoroughly recommend this tour with this great company. Money well spent.

Litchfield tours - Take me back!

Wow! What a fantastic day!
Rob is knowledgeable, hilarious, and super organised. He has thought of little touches that you don’t even know you need until he surprises you.
We felt like we had Litchfield to ourselves with our small group of 10 (the maximum that they will take). The other travellers were like-minded and it felt like we were travelling with friends.
I would (and will) book again on my next trip.

Best. Tour. Ever.

Absolute highlight of our holiday!
Kudos to Rob, Trace & Melaney for such a special day in Lichfield. So genuine, fun, info galore & passion for the region.
We visited the most stunning locations, swam beside waterfalls & appreciated wetlands. And everything was so thoughtfully organised from the best mango muffins & salad to refreshing icy towels.
Honestly this tour is 5 star plus - a huge thank you Rob & team for being so awesome!
