Today you are getting away from the mainstream and heading into the wilds for extended moments of immersion. Overgrown walking tracks, beaten up pathways and the occasional path marker … show the way. Destination unknown.

Itinerary
Picking up around 6 am in Darwin we then head straight out to Litchfield Park for an early start to todays mystery hiking location. Our plan is to do about 6- 10 km of hiking in and around the Tabletop Track and find ourselves a secluded waterfall to cool down in. Maybe even an infinity pool to sit in and enjoy lunch ! The hike is a great way to get an intimate interaction with the natural beauty, history and native plants and animals of the park. Time also to learn about native foods and resources.
Having stretched our legs on some of the less trodden paths in the park it is time to explore some of the dirt tracks as well by 4WD. Expect to find your self ‘lost’ in Litchfield.
Returning to Darwin around 1800 pm.

Pick up & Drop Off
We pick up and drop off from all accommodation options in Darwin. Palmerston by appointment only.
Age Restrictions
Children over 7 years of age are permitted on PUBLIC group tours. There are no age restrictions on PRIVATE CHARTERS. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Fitness
This is a high energy day involving walking over difficult terrain in remote locations. As such, people with mobility or relevant medical considerations are unsuited to this tour option. Likewise children under 8 years of age are not suitable.
Minimum numbers
The tour when operating as a PUBLIC tour has a minimum number requirement before it is confirmed to depart. Failure to reach this number may lead to cancelation of the tour. ethical adventures reserves the right to cancel at any time.
