Berry Springs, Batchelor, Litchfield National Park
The Litchfield Wanderer day tour is designed to showcase many of the stunning natural aspects which make the Top End unique whilst also learning of the history, culture and deeds of those that live and have lived in this far country.
Best Litchfield Day tour ever!
If we had the chance to give a better rank than excellent, we would do that.
Excellent it is not enough to describe the value of such experience from the place visited, the tales of Rob, the delicious food, the high care of any small detail that at the end of the day make magic this day.
Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.Stefano and Amelia

BERRY SPRINGS NATURE RESERVE
Join us for a relaxing geothermal massage at Berry Springs first thing in the morning whilst enjoying homemade mango muffins and morning coffee. Afterwards, paddle around and watch the many fish, sit casually under the waterfall or go for a serene rainforest stroll along the creek. We visit Darwin each year & look for a tour to include each visit. This was my third day trip to Litchfield. The small group size was particularly appealing. The slightly different and interesting schedule was great! Swimming in the warm pools at Berry Springs was a great way to start the day. The warm mango muffins with a cuppa after our swim was delicious! The stop at the Batchelor Museum was really interesting & informative. We were unaware of the notable history of this area. The lunch venue was just perfect for a warm day. The food again was delicious with healthy choices. Onto the Termite Mounds & then Litchfield after lunch. We visited 3 Litchfield locations, all providing a different perspective. Tolmer Falls was a nice walk with great views, Wangi Falls was a relaxing picturesque spot for a swim. Tabletop swamp with a stool & afternoon tea was tranquil & peaceful. A really enjoyable day all round. Rob our driver guide was fabulous! The small but welcome inclusions did not go unnoticed. Warm muffins in the early morning, frozen facecloths to refresh after a walk, frozen orange segments, frozen juice tubes, stools to sit on at the wetlands, iced tea for afternoon tea. All these minor inclusions were really well appreciated by guests. We would highly recommend this day trip for those looking for a trip with interesting variety away from the large bus groups including predominantly swimming & walking.

Fantastic day with excellent catering & an an awesome guide (Rob). They really are ethical too 😊👍 Highly recommend
This tour was amazing. Myself and two teenage grandchildren went on this tour on June 25th and loved every minute of it. Rob our tour leader was fun, knowledgeable, and made the tour exciting for all. Rob captured their interest and made sure everyone had a great time. I highly recommend taking the time to explore Litchfield. My only regret was not going on a tour with this company to Kakadu.
Thanks for the review and also for coming out with us. It was great to see you guys having so much fun and your yougins mixing it up with every body as well :).
See you next time !
A brilliant day spent discovering the secrets of Litchfield with our passionate and knowledgeable owner (Ethical Adventures)/tour leader Rob.
A days self drive could NEVER have alerted us so comprehensively to the historical, geographical, cultural and environmental background of Litchfield.
Rob was a superb guide, informative, fun and always ahead of the crowd: we enjoyed 'private"secluded pristine swimming holes, opportunity for reflection and contemplation within the stunning bushland and many other personal touches that only a
small group tour can offer.
Rob, our 'No 1 ' tour guide also cooked the best wild barramundi I have ever tasted! I am still talking about it! Thank you Rob for sharing your passion for Litchfield with us.
Cheaper tours may be available but this one is certainly value for money.
Thanks Margaret for your endorsement and taking the time to review our Litchfield tour from Darwin. It was a fun day and one well spent on my behalf as you all were a pleasure to interact with. Life is good, thank you 🙂 ... Rob
